  • Service Fee: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable service charge of 5% of the booking amount.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early checkouts.
  • Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 30 business days.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We may offer alternatives or partial refunds at our sole discretion. We are not liable for additional costs incurred by the User.

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.

  • We act as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
  • We are not liable for errors, delays, or acts of third parties.
